Shipping Charges, method, New type of Leaflet, holiday.

Shipping and Handling   Party Order shipping rate will rise to $7 per order, limit of one of each Shell design and Base Bag per customer order.

 

Customer Service

Customer Service/Quality Assurance-  all Miche products have a no questions asked 90 day warranty against defects (eg: zippers, seams, materials) but did you know we offer more? 

As a Miche Rep you are the ombudsman for your Miche customers and after the 90 day period and up until a year after purchase, if there is an issue with any Miche item you may contact us directly and we will address your concern on an individual basis. Always keep your receipts on hand for proof of purchase/sale. Contact accountmanager@michebag.ca for more info.

Please Note: Trip, special prizes and point rewards are not redeemable by Miche Reps conducting Miche business outside of the Miche Canada System.  Together we are building Miche Strong.

New Leaflet coming soon to replace business card and current leaflet.   Benefit:  the new leaflet is free, smaller, easier to carry and hand out, will not get stale dated, will drive customers to contact you or go to your web site to see what is new.

The New Leaflet and original Shell leaflet will continue to be updated in the Resources and can be found here. You may email or print it (anysize of paper) as needed.
